Responsibilities
- Use English language skills to communicate clearly with team members and customers during daily tasks
- Apply mathematics skills to perform calculations and manage data accurately in work processes
- Use computer applications such as Microsoft Office to complete assigned tasks and support team operations
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work requirements

- Apply conflict resolution techniques to diffuse disagreements and maintain a harmonious work environment
- Weekdays shift options: 10 AM to 4 PM or 3 PM to 9 PM
- Weekends shift: 10 AM to 4 PM
- Ability to speak at least one additional language to support communication in a diverse workplace
- Minimum education level: O Level with passes in English, Mathematics and 1 other subject.
