Senior Finance Manager

Backed by leading global investors with a recent $75M Series A and $90M total funding, this organisation is building automation infrastructure for major financial institutions, and growing at exceptional speed.

We are now searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join in a pivotal in‑house role and take full ownership of the finance function.

You will build the financial backbone that supports global expansion.

This position suits someone who enjoys pace, ambiguity, solving complex financial problems, and being the person the business relies on for clarity.

• Running end‑to‑end finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and multi‑country financial reporting.
• Managing and optimising Xero (or equivalent cloud accounting platform) across multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
• Overseeing invoicing for complex and hybrid pricing models used with large B2B clients.
• Improving and scaling payment processing and reconciliation workflows to ensure accuracy and strong customer experience.
• Producing accurate, timely, investor‑grade financial reporting.
• Building, managing, and evolving the company’s financial model.
• Ensuring statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

These are non‑negotiable:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA (or international equivalent))
• Comfortable Working Fully In‑House
• Looking for someone who wants to embed deeply into one team — not operate fractionally or as an external consultant.
• Xero (or Equivalent) Experience (Hands‑on experience managing Xero or another cloud accounting platform across multi‑entity or scaling operations.)
• Aligned to a Founder‑Led Working Style
