Location: Greater London
My client is Proprietary Trading firm with a global footprint and a strong risk team, which they are looking to further build out with the addition of a Risk Analyst/Associate. The ideal candidate will have relevant market risk experience, working knowledge of equity and fixed income derivatives, and knowledge of Python.
Responsibilities- Real-time risk and operational risk monitoring
- Communication to wider risk, trading and support functions on risk issues
- Contribution to review, audit and improvements of automated trading risks
- Development and enhancement of risk monitoring and reporting frameworks
- Experience in market risk within proprietary trading, banking or buy-side firm
- Knowledge of equity and fixed income derivatives, ideally options
- Knowledge/interest in broader asset classes
- Finance or STEM-related degree
- Programming language knowledge, ideally Python
