The Role

As a Credit Analyst, you will:

  • Prepare and analyse credit papers for all commercial transactions including real estate transactions (residential and commercial).
  • Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments by analysing financial statements, industry trends and credit reports to determine credit‑worthiness and assign internal ratings.
  • Assist in structuring and underwriting credit facilities including revolving lines, term loans, ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite and regulatory standards.
  • Author detailed credit memorandums and present recommendations to senior risk committees, supporting strategic decisions on credit limits, renewals, and exceptions.
  • Perform scenario analysis to forecast potential losses and stress test credit exposures, contributing to robust underwriting decisions.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders, resolving credit team queries and managing completion.
  • Monitor exposure within limits and contribute to new business opportunities.
Your Profile
  • At least 18 months years’ experience as a Credit Analyst, with some experience of residential real estate finance from either a bank or specialist lender.
  • Standout analytical, written, and numeracy skills
