We are working with a highly respected financial services organisation seeking an experienced Operations Senior Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong operations professional with experience in Margin FX and/or Digital Assets who thrives in a fast-paced trading environment and enjoys mentoring others while driving operational excellence.

The Role

You will play a key role in managing and supporting institutional trading platforms, overseeing client onboarding through to live trading, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support colleagues, liaise with technology partners, and take ownership of complex trading investigations and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain trading platforms including MT4/MT5, Prime
  
  XM, Your Bourse and proprietary systems
• Support technical onboarding, UAT testing, and product launches
• Monitor daily trading activity and proactively resolve issues
• Conduct end-to-end trade investigations and reconciliations
• Act as escalation point for trading, risk, and messaging issues
• Provide support to front-office teams and senior stakeholders
• Ensure all operational SLAs are met and queries handled professionally
• Mentor and coach junior team members, maintaining high quality standards
• Support compliance, governance and risk procedures

About You

• 2+ years’ experience within Margin FX and/or Digital Assets
• Strong understanding of trading systems and operational workflows
• Experience with FIX Protocol and trading hubs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
