This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Advisor based in Hornchurch. The Mortgage Advisor will provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products, including residential and buy-to-let mortgages, as well as other property financing solutions. Key responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial profiles, offering tailored mortgage solutions, liaising with lenders, assisting clients with documentation, and helping them choose suitable insurance and protection options.

Delivering exceptional customer service and solutions is key.

• 12 months minimum experience in an advisory role
• CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is required
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skill.
• Previous experience across multiple finance solutions including buy to let, commercial and bridging finance an advantage
• Proficiency in using financial software tools and CRM systems
