Assistant Management Accountant

Working collaboratively as part of the Finance Team, the Assistant Management Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of our financial processes. The role supports the Finance Controller across all core finance functions, including purchase and sales ledger processing, artist settlements, VAT, cashflow monitoring, intercompany postings and monthly reconciliations.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining up‑to‑date financial records, and supporting the production of management information used across the organisation. The role also liaises closely with programming, events, production and administrative teams, ensuring financial information is communicated clearly, consistently and with a business‑partnering approach.

The position also includes responsibility for PRS reporting, HMRC FEU withholding tax returns, training new staff on finance systems, and assisting with aspects of the monthly payroll process when required. You will play a key part in month‑end procedures, including balance sheet reconciliations and credit card administration, and contribute to ongoing improvements to systems and workflows.
