We are looking for a driven, analytical Associate to join our Institutional Lending team. This position works closely with teams across Nordark, including Operations, Sales, and Risk. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to provide borrowing solutions that offer flexibility and liquidity to institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have some similar experience at a cryptocurrency firm or within traditional capital markets.

• Manage and execute loan originations for clients such as hedge funds, exchanges, and proprietary trading firms
• Provide real‑time insights on crypto and fiat lending markets to clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with operations to ensure transactions are recorded and settled accurately
• Assist in developing new lending strategies and facilities across crypto assets
• Monitor and mark‑to‑market loan portfolios to optimize returns and refinance as needed
• Create marketing materials that highlight Nordark’s services to potential clients

• 2‑4 years in traditional or digital finance markets
• BS in finance, economics, or a related analytical field
• Deep interest and knowledge of digital currencies and market structures
• Client‑facing experience with the ability to build relationships
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and quick decision‑maker
• Self‑motivated with a collaborative spirit
• Thrives in high‑pressure, dynamic environments
