Financial Assistant

Finance Assistant | London – Hybrid | up to £30k

A leading financial services company is looking to hire a Finance Assistant. This role will sit within the finance team and report directly to the Financial Controller. This role will focus on supporting the Finance team with efficient and effective financial processing and financial controls, by holding responsibility for the various admin tasks within the team.

• Broad range of financial administration tasks.
• Reconciliation of simple balance sheet accounts (e.g. petty cash, debit notes, deposit accounts) monthly.
• Aid with the annual audit and the preparation of the statutory accounts.
• Manage the financial processing procedures.
• Perform any other financial duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Controller, Properties Finance Manager, Head of Finance and Operations.

• Recent graduate from university
• Experience using Excel and MS Office suite.
• Highly organised with good administrative skills.
• Strong numerate skills with good attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
