Overview
We’re partnering with a US investment banking boutique looking to hire at the Analyst or Junior Associate into its growing Healthcare M&A team.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have Healthcare M&A experience but will be happy to consider candidates who are keen to move into the sector. You will work on end-to-end sell‑side and buy‑side mandates, support core deal work streams, build and review financial models, prepare IMs and client materials, and manage due diligence processes.
QualificationsRequirements:
- 1.5+ years Investment Banking Experience
- Strong technical, modelling and execution skills
