OverviewWe are looking for a highly strategic and analytically driven Senior Program Manager to lead and support critical finance and business initiatives across the EU region. This role operates within a complex and evolving environment, requiring the ability to rapidly assess changing business conditions, synthesize large volumes of data, and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organizational clarity, supporting executive reviews, and enabling informed, data-driven decision-making across finance and business functions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead high-impact finance and business programs within a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
- Analyze complex and large-scale datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Translate financial and operational data into structured leadership updates, strategic recommendations, and decision-making frameworks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Tax, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Establish structure and governance in areas with evolving priorities, unclear ownership, or operational ambiguity.
- Support executive reporting, leadership reviews, and strategic planning cycles.
- Drive accountability, track progress, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent programs and stakeholders.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, finance program management, or consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to inform financial or business decisions.
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for leadership reviews.
- Background in finance, tax, accounting, or related business disciplines.
- Experience operating within large, global, or matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with analytical and data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
