Are you an experienced Credit Controller from a professional services background ready to hit the ground running at a growing firm in Central London?

Our client is a fast growing, professional services firm based in the heart of the City with +pound;4m in turnover. They are looking to recruit a Credit Controller in this newly created role to work closely alongside the Practice Manager.

• Proactively chase outstanding invoices
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Negotiating payment plans where appropriate and escalating problem accounts
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client accounts
• Monitoring credit limits and assess credit risks for new and existing clients
• Producing weekly and monthly aged debtor reports
• Tracking KPIs such as debtor days and collection performance
• Working closely with partners and fee earners to resolve billing queries
• Liaising with the billing team to ensure invoices are accurate and issued promptly
• Maintaining detailed records of all credit control activity

• Previous experience in credit control within professional services
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
• Professional, calm, and client-focused approach
