Group Management Accountant

• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts for the group.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee group consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong technical accounting skills with a focus on group reporting.
• Experience in the Business Services industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
