Graduate Finance Scheme – Boutique Hedge Fund – plus study ; ACA​/ACCA

A boutique investment firm located in Mayfair is seeking an ambitious graduate or junior professional to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the business, including accounting, trade support, and compliance. The position provides excellent career progression, hands-on training, and full support for ACA/ACCA qualifications.

In the role, you will learn about all areas of finance and accounting with the firm, you shall start covering more granular details such as payments, journals, and balance sheet work, before progressing onto fund focused work, analysis, financial statements and managing relationships with fund administrators and auditors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including investment professionals and operations, and gain in-depth knowledge on all areas within the hedge fund.

For this we are looking for academically strong candidates, with a finance orientated degree from a Russel Group University. It is vital that candidates have some relevant work experience gained either via an internship or year in industry.

The firm is seeking top-tier candidates and are prepared to offer a competitive financial package of up to £40k, along with a generous bonus ranging from 30-50%. Additionally, full support will be provided for candidates pursuing accountancy qualifications, including coverage of exam fees, study materials, and allocated study leave.
