The Role

As a Systematic Trader, you will research, design, and deploy automated trading strategies within cryptocurrency markets. This role is highly quantitative and research-driven, focused on uncovering market structure signals, building robust models, and translating insights into live trading systems. You’ll contribute directly to strategy performance while working alongside experienced traders, researchers, and engineers.

Your work will combine statistical analysis, algorithm design, and scalable system implementation in a fast-moving, data-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy systematic trading strategies for digital asset markets
  • Analyze market microstructure and large datasets to enhance execution and model performance
  • Identify recurring patterns and convert research findings into actionable trading signals
  • Validate strategies through comprehensive backtesting and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automated trading solutions
  • Stay informed on evolving crypto market dynamics, technologies, and regulatory trends
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Quantitative Finance
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience writing code to process, analyze, and model large datasets
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices
Preferred Experience
  • Background in electronic or algorithmic trading, particularly in FX, futures, or related markets
  • Strong programming skills, especially Python and/or lower-level languages
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency market structure, exchange mechanics, or blockchain fundamentals
