Improve commercial accuracy, revenue predictability and financial insight across the organisation.
Financial Leadership & Value Creation
Provide full financial stewardship, ensuring high‑quality reporting, governance and decision‑making.
Translate strategy into measurable plans and performance targets aligned to the $100m ARR ambition.
Drive predictable performance, operating leverage, and long‑term value creation.
Execution & Scaling
Standardise and automate financial systems, processes and reporting.
Establish and lead a high‑performing global finance function.
Operate with sleeves rolled up, particularly through periods of rapid scale‑up and change.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Lead global reporting, audits, compliance and risk management across multiple geographies.
Deliver PE-standard board packs, reporting and investor engagement.
External Stakeholders
Lead global liquidity, tax and banking relationships.
Support the CEO and Board on funding strategy, value-creation planning and long-term exit readiness.
Candidate Profile:
Skills and experience required:
Proven experience as an International CFO in a PE-backed and high-growth SaaS business
Demonstrated ability to scale finance functions across multiple geographies
Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, subscription economics, forecasting and revenue recognition
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Strong commercial partnering across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions
Extensive experience in board reporting, governance, and investor engagement
Experience supporting private equity value-creation plans and exit readiness
Exposure to international expansion and complex global operating environments
Personal Attributes:
Trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
Highly hands-on, execution-oriented leader who leads from the front
Commercially astute, intellectually rigorous, and outcomes-focused
Comfortable operating across strategy and detail
Technologically literate with a bias toward automation and data-driven decision-making
Why This Role?
Join at a strategic inflection point post‑PE investment
Shape and build all aspects of a global finance organisation
Partner directly with a growth‑driven CEO and experienced Board
