Head of Financial Planning

Contract:

6-12 months FTC (poss temp to perm)

Hybrid working 1 day per week in the office.

My client is currently seeking an Interim Head of FP&A.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Head of FP&A will lead the organisation’s Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function. This crucial role involves managing the internal reporting process, providing strategic advice to the Senior Management Team (SMT), and overseeing a continuous improvement program.

As the leader of a newly established team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and stabilising several financial processes. We are looking for a resilient, results-oriented individual who can initiate and implement high-performing processes, maintain a steady state, and foster a culture of learning and positive engagement.
