** The Opportunity
** As an Accountant at Boldyn Networks, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information across the business. You will own core accounting activities—including month-end close, VAT, GL accounting, reconciliations, and group reporting—while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors. This is a great fit for someone with strong technical accounting skills, audit experience, and an appetite to grow in a dynamic, transformation‑driven environment.
** What You’ll Be Doing
**** Core Finance & Reporting
*** Deliver accurate month-end close, VAT returns, and management reporting.
* Prepare and post journals, maintaining high-quality transaction-level GL data.
* Complete balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robust documentation.
* Prepare and submit group reporting packs in line with strict deadlines.
** Controls, Compliance & Audit
*** Support statutory and group compliance requirements.
* Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve issues promptly.
* Support internal and external audits, preparing schedules and providing required analysis.
* Maintain accurate, auditable financial records.
** Operational Finance Support
*** Manage banking processes including reconciliations and payments.
* Support the purchase‑to‑pay process alongside Accounts Payable.
* Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Group Finance, and commercial teams.
* Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and process improvements.
** What You’ll Bring
**** Qualifications & Experience
*** ACA, CA, ACCA (or overseas equivalent) – essential
* Minimum 2 years’ audit experience
* Solid grounding in core accounting processes (month-end, VAT, GL, reconciliations)
* Exposure to group reporting and intercompany reconciliations
* Experience with accounting software systems (Workday ideal)
** Skills & Competencies
*** Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to meet deadlines with integrity and accountability
* Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Knowledge of IFRS and financial principles
* Experience with fixed assets and cost accounting across multiple projects (desirable)
