• Lead and manage key client relationships, overseeing both tax compliance and advisory services
• Deliver high-quality tax advice on a range of complex and varied partnership tax issues
• Support the firm's professional services strategy through market engagement and client insight
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Partners on growth initiatives
• Build and maintain an internal and external network to support career and business development
• Contribute to team leadership and group management responsibilities
• Coach and develop managers and junior team members, actively sharing knowledge and expertise

• ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified with substantial post-qualified experience
• Strong background in partnership tax, or a mix of corporate and personal tax, with exposure to professional services clients
• Proven experience managing client portfolios and advising senior stakeholders
• Skilled in identifying and supporting business development opportunities
• Strong communicator and team leader with a collaborative approach
• Committed to personal development and long-term career progression
