I’m working with an established and growing organisation is seeking an experienced and highly competent Management Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations and provide accurate, timely financial reporting to support business decision-making.

This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented professional who is confident working independently and managing multiple priorities from purchase, payments, reporting and compliance!

The company are a leading stone supply company who provide and install high-quality products for both commercial and residential clients. They have been going for over 30 years and lead the way in what they do and are now looking to naturally grow the team

They are based in North London and require office working 5 days a week.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a similar accountant role.
Strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50 Accounts.
Have experience with Construction and the CIS.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage Purchase Order Processing (POPs)
Oversee Sales Order Processing (SOPs) and ensure accurate invoicing
Prepare and process supplier payments
Process payroll and post wage journals
Prepare cash flow forecasts & Profit & Loss reports
Analyse expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare CIS figures for monthly submission
Assess credit applications and carry out company checks
Assist with financial monitoring of projects
Support software installations and maintenance
Salary: £45,000-£50,000
