Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

** Role Overview
** We are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to work alongside the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager. This role will play a pivotal role in maintaining the group’s global transfer pricing compliance, supporting operational transfer pricing processes, and assisting with ad hoc advisory projects. This is a first time hire in this role, and is a unique opportunity to shape a transfer pricing framework.

This is ideal for someone looking to step up, or an existing manager looking to consolidate their experience in a complex multinational environment. Financial services experience is strongly preferred, and we are open to applicants from practice interested in moving in-house, as well as those with in-house experience.  
** Role Responsibilities
*** Support the refresh of our global functional analysis, documentation strategy and approach to operational transfer pricing.
* Manage the annual preparation of the Master File and Local Files in accordance with BEPS Action 13 and local requirements.
* Provide transfer pricing input on a Finance-led project to review intercompany balances and revenue booking models.
* Collaborate with Finance to ensure transfer pricing policies are implemented and operated appropriately.
* Provide timely and practical transfer pricing advice to the business and Finance on new business initiatives, and participate in the Change Management Framework.
* Support the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager in managing and reporting transfer pricing tax risks and tax provisions.
* Support senior members of the tax team on other business initiatives such as R&D tax credits.
** Experience / Competences
*** 5+ years of transfer pricing experience, in the context of large groups
* Solid understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines
* Experience in drafting functional analyses and local file documentation
* Experience with benchmarking databases
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills and the ability to balance multiple assignments and successfully manage work plans and deadlines.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to handle on-going change.
