KYC Senior Associate – Asset Manager

Overview

We are working with a well-established asset manager with approximately $70bn AUM
, looking to hire a KYC Senior Associate to join their growing compliance and financial crime function based in West London
.

This is a broad, hands-on role suited to an experienced KYC professional who is comfortable operating across complex structures and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

• End-to-end KYC/CDD on a range of clients and counter parties, including institutional and high-net-worth structures
• Review and analysis of complex ownership structures, including Trusts, SPVs and fund vehicles
• Ongoing monitoring, periodic reviews and remediation of existing relationships
• Liaising with front office, legal, compliance and external service providers
• Supporting enhancements to KYC policies, procedures and controls
• Acting as a point of escalation for more complex KYC queries

• Proven experience in a KYC/CDD role within asset management, investment management or financial services
• Strong working knowledge of Trusts, SPVs and fund structures
• Degree educated from a reputable university
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to exercise sound judgement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
