Finance Business Partner​/Accountant real estate credit fund; Hybrid

(you need to be in the office at least 2 days per week but you can be in all 5 if you prefer to be office based. They would consider a 4 day working week for the right person)

We are partnering with a stable, well-established investment firm to appoint a Finance Business Partner into a newly created role within its London team.

This is a broad, hands-on Finance Business Partner role, working closely with the UK business and Group Finance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the monthly close process, including reconciliations and group reporting
• Preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts
• Producing KPI packs and management information to support commercial decision-making
• Supporting drawdown processes, ensuring appropriate approvals and documentation
• Assisting with year-end accounts and audit, including audit pack preparation
• Supporting VAT, payroll, and statutory reporting requirements
• Playing a key role in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle, including in-year updates
• Preparing monthly Board reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and lender requirements
• Supporting finance system upgrades and process improvements

• Qualified accountant with financial services experience
• Strong technical grounding (IFRS / UK GAAP) and excellent Excel skills
• Comfortable operating in a stand-alone, ownership-focused role
• Commercial, pragmatic and collaborative in approach

Salary is up to £65,000 + bonus + benefits.
