As a Financial Controller at Hansen Technologies, you’ll play a mission‑critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency and integrity of our financial reporting across multiple EMEA entities. This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability position where you will own the financial close process, drive statutory compliance, safeguard internal controls, and partner closely with global and regional finance teams to deliver insight‑rich reporting and commentary.

Your contribution directly influences how we make decisions, manage risk, optimise cash and capital flows, and uphold the financial discipline required for a high‑growth, global technology organisation. This is not simply accounting — it’s strategic stewardship.

• Lead and develop an Accountant, building a high‑performing, collaborative team
• Own financial close cycles, statutory submissions and variance analysis
• Apply strong IFRS expertise to day‑to‑day accounting and reporting
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and process discipline
• Manage multi‑entity, multi‑currency reporting including FX and intercompany
• Partner with leaders to drive cost discipline and working‑capital improvements
• Manage liquidity forecasting and support cash repatriation strategies
• Deliver VAT returns, tax provisions and support global tax filings
• Champion continuous improvement and process standardisation

• ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)
• Demonstrable post‑qualification controllership or financial reporting experience from an international company
• Strong IFRS knowledge and hands‑on GL experience
• Multi‑entity / multi‑country reporting exposure
• Advanced Excel; ERP experience (Dynamics 365 beneficial)
• A proactive, detail‑driven and commercially aware mindset
