We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CFO Senior Modelling Analyst at the Vice President level to join our team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to significantly enhance our quantitative analysis capabilities, focusing on sophisticated financial model development for risk assessment, pricing, stress testing, and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial part in supporting data‑driven decision‑making across various business lines within Collateralised Fund Obligations (CFOs) and Rated Feeders, contributing directly to our strategic objectives and overall business success.
This position demands strong modelling skills, commerciality, innovation, and an in‑depth understanding of risk policies and procedures.
- Build and develop sophisticated financial models for CFOs and Rated Feeders, collaborating closely with senior structuring and modelling teams.
- Support transaction structuring by conducting scenario analysis and introducing innovative solutions to deal structures.
- Contribute to origination and structuring efforts for CFO and Rated Feeder transactions, including client outreach and industry forum coordination.
- Coordinate the preparation of key transaction analysis, senior management briefings, and memorandums highlighting critical risks.
- Lead and facilitate discussions with external rating agencies concerning financial models and transactions.
- Assist in the coordination and successful closing of transactions.
- Experience in quantitative modelling roles.
- Thorough understanding of private markets and securitisation structures, with a preference for ABS/CLO/CFO modelling and structuring experience.
- Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Capacity to work effectively and collaboratively with multiple functional groups.
- Ability to work in the United Kingdom (London).
