We are working with a private equity–backed consumer-focused business that requires interim commercial finance support during a period of transformation and value creation activity. The business needs a hands‑on Commercial Finance Manager to strengthen performance reporting and support short‑term decision‑making.

This role blends detailed analysis with stakeholder engagement and is well suited to someone comfortable operating in a PE environment with high expectations and tight timelines.

• Own commercial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Provide insight into sales performance, margin drivers, and cost trends
• Support pricing, promotions, and product profitability analysis
• Partner closely with sales and operational teams to improve financial understanding
• Support month‑end close with strong analytical review and commentary
• Build and enhance financial models to support decision‑making
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting near‑term performance

• Qualified accountant or strong commercial finance background
• Proven experience in commercial finance roles within PE‑backed or growth businesses
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
• Ability to operate at pace and manage competing priorities
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail
