About the Commercial Mortgage Broker Role
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you’ll benefit from a constant stream of high-quality commercial finance leads, alongside pre-qualified appointments set by the administration team. You’ll also enjoy enhanced commission splits for any self-generated business.
You’ll work across a broad range of commercial finance cases, including, Commercial mortgages (investment & owner-occupier), Semi-commercial, Bridging finance, Development finance and Portfolio and complex buy-to-let
To excel, you’ll need proven experience in one or more of these commercial lending areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert enquiries from a strong internal database and partner network
* Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive relationship management
* Oversee applications from enquiry through to completion, supported by dedicated internal teams
* Convert warm leads generated from adviser network integrations
* Maintain accurate case notes and updates via the company’s new CRM and communication systems
* Attend one-to-one commercial training sessions

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in commercial mortgages, bridging, development, or commercial BTL
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate effectively with business clients
* Highly self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work independently and maintain discipline, especially when remote
* For self-employed brokers: a track record of self-generated commercial business is advantageous
