Our client, a well-established Growth Equity fund, is looking for an Investment Associate to join their London team.
Responsibilities- Source, evaluate, and execute growth equity investments across target sectors
- Build and review detailed financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
- Conduct commercial, financial, and operational due diligence
- Prepare investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
- Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and value-creation projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Growth Equity
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
- Native-level knowledge of an EU language
