About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Officer (Regulatory & Licensing) to support the expansion of our payment services globally. • Work closely with external legal counsel, actively challenging and guiding them to develop the most effective and commercially viable regulatory arrangements that enable DCS’s business to go to market across different regions/jurisdictions.
  • Manage regulatory submissions and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies covering majority topics such as business proposals, compliance and AML/CFT matters, IT compliance, operational and outsourcing arrangements.
  • Provide ongoing support for maintaining licenses in existing and new markets as regulations evolve.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Banking, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years+ of relevant experience in fintech, payments, regulatory compliance or licensing within the financial institution.

  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on problem-solving.
