A leading independent City law firm is seeking an experienced Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance practice in London.

The team advises on the full breadth of domestic and cross-border finance matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, structured lending and restructuring mandates. With a reputation for sophisticated transactional work and close-knit, partner-led teams, the practice works with major financial institutions, private capital providers, corporates and sponsors.
