Financial Accountant

Financial Accountant / Investment Management / £60,000 / West End (3 days in the office).

A highly reputable, listed Investment Management firm are looking for a Financial Accountant. The company has around £25 billion of assets under management and this role will report to the Financial Reporting Manager.

• Involved in preparing IFRS statutory accounts and regulatory reporting for UK entities.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and assist in group consolidations.
• Preparation of financials for quarterly Board packs and the annual report.
• Assist in the production of Corporation Tax returns.
• Act as a key contact for the external auditors.
• Involvement in other finance projects.

• Recently qualified accountant ideally with financial services audit experience (ideally investment management).
• Strong financial accounting and regulatory reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
