Group Finance Manager

A scaling, private-equity backed SaaS business is recruiting a Group Finance Manager to play a key role in integrating international acquisitions and transforming finance operations across the group.

Following recent investment and with an active M&A pipeline, this role will support the Group Financial Controller and CFO
, helping to shape the finance function for the next phase of growth.

• Own the integrity of the month-end close
  , ensuring accurate and timely consolidated reporting
• Produce dependable consolidated group reporting, board packs and cashflow forecasts
• Lead projects to integrate, automate and standardise finance operations across subsidiaries
• Support the FC in developing the group finance team
  , including taking on direct reports
• Partner with the wider business to improve controls, processes and financial visibility as the group scales

As the business grows, the role will naturally expand to include:

• Increased commercial exposure and investor interaction
• Broader ownership across group finance and decision support
• A pathway to Financial Controller for a high performer

• Technically strong finance background (likely ACA qualified)
• Experience in a VC or PE-backed
  , fast-growing and complex group environment
• Expertise with M&A integration, systems and process improvement
