Management Accountant – 14‑Month FTC

A leading specialist within the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join its Accounts Team on a 14‑month fixed‑term contract
. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified finance professional to step into a broad, hands‑on role within a respected and growing organisation.

Working as part of a collaborative Accounts Team, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial information.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing management accounts
  , financial reports, and monthly reporting packs
• Producing cash flow reports, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Supporting financial planning and analysis activities
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across finance and the wider business

Our client is looking for someone who brings both technical strength and insurance‑market understanding.

You will have:

• Experience as a Management Accountant within the Lloyds market or wider general insurance sector
• Knowledge of FCA CASS 5 (Insurance Client Money) requirements
• Experience using SAGE accounting software
• A recently achieved professional qualification:
  ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
