Self-Employed | Negotiable Commission Splits | London Mayfair

A self-employed Broker position offering complete flexibility and high earning potential. You may specialise in one area or work across multiple niches. You’ll manage your own pipeline, generate your own business and advise clients on specialist Real Estate Finance and Commercial finance solutions.

• Generate new business through networking and personal relationships.
• Advise clients on commercial development, high-net-worth residential, corporate debt, crypto-backed lending and luxury asset finance.
• Manage enquiries through to completion using provided CRM and support systems.
• Collaborate with the wider team to expand product knowledge and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
• Build strong deal flow, particularly in high-value commercial or complex residential cases.

• Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Commercial Finance Broker or specialist lending professional.
• Strong confidence in self-generation and networking.
• Ability to work independently without corporate structure or micromanagement.
• Adaptable and comfortable learning new lending markets.
• Preferred: experience in commercial development, HNW residential, corporate debt or unregulated lending.

• Up to 70/30 split in favour of the broker for self-generated business.
• 40/60 split for company-provided leads.
• Full flexibility to work remotely or from the Mayfair office (Green Park).
• CRM, marketing and IT support provided.
