The London Finance team is looking for a finance associate 3pqe+ with strong real estate finance experience.

Much of this role focuses on the financing of international real estate assets, operational real estate assets (such as hotels, senior living and student accommodation), senior and mezzanine structures, and preferred equity lending, representing UK, European and US financial institutions, insurers and debt funds, as well as investors and sponsors.

Specific work will include transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of loan and security documentation as well as contributing to business development.

England & Wales qualified, you will have 3-5pqe gained at a top City, national or regional law firm,

You will need to be adaptable and have been capable of working on your own initiative in prior roles.
