Tax Assistant Manager

Position: Employment Tax Assistant Manager
My client is a leading tax, accountancy and business advisory firm with a strong reputation for technical excellence and a collaborative, people-first culture. They are now looking for an Employment Tax Assistant Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You will manage a varied client portfolio and support both compliance and advisory work, while helping to develop junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for clients

• Preparation and review of P11

Ds and PAYE Settlement Agreements

• Drafting written advice

• Managing employment tax advisory projects

• Supervising a small team during P11D season

• Supporting the development of junior staff

About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in employment tax compliance

• Strong knowledge of expenses and benefits

• Excellent communication and organisation skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
