• A proven track recordof building a book, advising HNW clients and earninglongtermtrust
• Clear, confident communication and sharp commercial instincts
• Strong depth across private banking, lending/creditand/or regulated investments
• Sound risk judgment and comfortoperatingto FCA standards
• CeMAP, IAD or PCIAM are advantageous, but not essential
