Finance Business Partner

Mackie Myers are partnering with a listed FMCG brand, who are looking for a Commercial Finance Business Analyst, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, to join their Finance team on a 3-6 month basis.

• Play a pivotal role in driving the commercial and financial performance of our UK business
• Partnering with sales and operations to deliver insights on customer and product profitability
• Developing robust financial models, including scenario planning, to evaluate agreements and guide decision-making
• Preparing and sharing monthly performance reporting packs with clear analysis and recommendations
• Integrating commercial insights into forecasting and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Tracking and validating customer rebates and funding claims, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contracts
• Providing ad-hoc commercial analysis to support strategic initiatives and new opportunities
  
  Identifying and implementing improvements in reporting, analytics, and processes to enhance efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with 2–3 years of commercial and financial analysis experience in FMCG
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders

• Hybrid working – 3 days a week in Central London
• 3-month contract
