- Conduct detailed financial analysis of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for complex business models, applying a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Utilise complex evaluation techniques to assess creditworthiness, default likelihood, and overall risk profiles based on established guidelines and identify potential credit risks within the portfolio and recommend mitigation strategies, such as collateral requirements or guarantees.
- Confidently make informed decisions within your own delegated approval limit, while preparing concise credit reports and recommendations for cases requiring management review.
- Interact directly with clients to gather information, ask relevant questions, and build relationships to better understand their operations and risk factors.

Proficient in evaluating financial statements and adept at balancing risk with business objectives in complex deal structures with a solid understanding of payment nuances and industry trends, particularly in high-value sectors like healthcare, hospitality, leisure, and events. - Versatile technical skills across various systems, including high proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to articulate recommendations clearly to non-Credit Risk colleagues and senior management.
- A solutions-oriented mindset for navigating complex credit scenarios and making informed judgments.
- Initiative in managing complex cases independently under tight deadlines, with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities, while always maintaining an extremely high standard under pressure.
