Head of Finance

A well-established organisation is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders.

This is a senior role with responsibility for managing a small finance team and ensuring strong financial reporting, controls, and governance across the business.

The position covers monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, audit management, VAT and regulatory reporting, and balance sheet and cashflow oversight. The role works collaboratively with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight to support performance, revenue planning, and decision-making.
