Our specialists include qualified lawyers, brokers, and insurance professionals who support private equity, corporates, sovereign wealth funds, individuals, and advisors in placing M&A insurance, such as warranty and indemnity or contingent risk insurance, for domestic and international transactions.

About You Youre a qualified corporate lawyer (1-3 years PQE), corporate finance advisor, or private equity professional with M&A experience. You have a network of contacts in Manchester and the North West. Youre a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines. Youre a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Youre organised, analytical, and ready to take ownership of new challenges.

Experience with W&I processes is a bonus but not essential.
