R&D Tax Consultant (Financial-Focused) - Up to £40,000 Hybrid - 2 days per week in office (Tuesday mandatory) A high-growth UK R&D tax specialist is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented R&D Tax Consultant to join their team. This is a financially focused role with a strong emphasis on cost reviews, eligibility assessments, and clear technical report writing to support high-quality R&D tax credit claims.

The Role You'll play a key part in delivering end-to-end R&D tax claims, ensuring submissions are robust, compliant and well-supported.

Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive cost reviews, including financial and eligibility assessments Providing R&D tax insight to both internal teams and external stakeholders Drafting and reviewing Technical Narratives to support claims Preparing and reviewing full submission packs for accuracy and compliance What We're Looking For R&D tax experience preferred but not essential - fast learners encouraged Strong ability to write clearly and effectively (essential) Proactive mindset with high attention to detail Comfortable handling both financial analysis and technical narrative / reporting Applications welcomed regardless of formal qualifications Why Join?
