Head of Finance | D2C Health & Wellness

An opportunity to join a fast-growing, mission-led D2C wellness brand at a genuinely exciting point in its growth journey.

This is a senior, hands-on Head of Finance role, owning the finance function end to end and working closely with the founders and leadership team to support scale, commercial decision-making and long-term sustainability.

You’ll sit at the heart of the business, balancing robust financial control with commercial insight. The role blends technical finance leadership with real influence over growth, pricing, margins and investment decisions.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in a growing environment, being close to the numbers, and acting as a trusted partner to non-finance stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end finance operations, including month-end close, management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Deliver clear, insightful management packs with commentary on performance, risks and opportunities
• Lead on margin, COGS, stock and working capital across a D2C product-led model
• Act as the technical accounting lead, overseeing statutory accounts, audit, tax and compliance
• Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain and Operations on trading performance, spend and ROI
• Build and maintain financial models to support growth plans, scenario analysis and new initiatives
• Improve finance processes, systems and controls to support scale and data-driven decision-making
• Manage and develop a small finance team or support outsourced partners as the function evolves
• Support fundraising, investor reporting or lender relationships where relevant

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong experience within D2C, FMCG, wellness, beauty, consumer or product-led brands
• Comfortable owning both the detail and the bigger picture in a growing business
• Proven background across inventory, margin, cash flow and commercial reporting
• Confident partnering with founders and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, pragmatic and excited by building and improving a finance function
