OverviewA leading sports technology company is seeking a Vice President, Financial Controls to lead the SOX 404 control environment. The role involves overseeing internal controls, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving sustainability in corrective actions within a dynamic international organization.
Responsibilities- Lead and maintain the SOX 404 control environment across the organization.
- Oversee internal controls and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
- Drive sustainability in corrective actions and remediation plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CA/CPA certification.
- 10+ years of financial controls experience.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills.
