As Senior Finance Manager
, you will own the financial backbone of the business and play a key role in strategic decision-making, while remaining hands-on with day-to-day financial operations.

• Own the core financial model, forecasting runway, revenue and cash burn.
• Lead scenario planning to support growth and strategic decisions.
• Run the annual budgeting process and track performance monthly.
• Produce management and investor reporting with clear insights.
• Own financial systems (including Xero
  ), monthly close and statutory accounts.
• Oversee payroll and key balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain oversight of the loan book alongside the Head of Lending.
• Prepare lender reporting and ensure covenant compliance.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA preferred), ideally from a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• Strong financial modeller with a commercial mindset.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
