Overview
Linear Partners are helping a US Investment Bank in their search for an Associate to join their Industrials & Services team in London.
Responsibilities- Execution of Industrials & Services M&A transactions
- Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Building detailed financial models and using various valuation techniques
- Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction ideas.
- 3-6 years Industrials & Services related M&A experience in Investment Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
