Head of FP&A – Fast‑Growing, PE Backed, International SaaS Business

A fast-growing, PE backed software company (c. £75m+ revenue) is looking to appoint a Head of FP&A to lead group planning, forecasting and performance insight across a multi‑country operating model. Providing cutting‑edge products to a diverse client base operating across various industries, the business is in an excellent position, growing both organically and via an ambitious buy and build strategy.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will sit at the centre of commercial decision‑making, partnering closely with the executive team to support growth, improve visibility and strengthen financial discipline as the business continues to scale.

• Ownership of group forecasting, budgeting and long‑range planning
• Delivery of clear, actionable performance insight to senior leadership
• Commercial partnering with functional leaders across sales, product and operations
• Development of scalable FP&A processes, models and reporting frameworks
• Leadership and evolution of the FP&A capability in a growing SaaS environment

• Strong FP&A experience ideally gained within SaaS, software or a tech‑enabled business
• A commercially minded qualified accountant able to influence at a senior level
• Experience operating in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments. PE experience would be beneficial.
• Hands‑on, analytical and confident working with complex data sets

The ability to start at short notice would be highly beneficial, given current business priorities.
