A fast-growing, market-leading organisation based in Central London is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a highly commercial and operationally focused role, offering genuine business influence and long-term career progression.

Unlike many Finance Business Partner roles currently on the market, this position goes well beyond reporting and forecasting. It is heavily focused on true business partnering
, operational analysis and challenging cost drivers
, particularly labour costs.

The role will report directly into the Head of FP&A and will work closely with senior operational stakeholders across the business.

• Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders
• Deliver insightful, value-adding financial analysis to support business decisions
• Lead detailed analysis of labour costs
  , productivity and operational efficiency
• Confidently push back and challenge stakeholders to drive financial discipline
• Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts with a strong commercial focus
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and performance improvement
• Contribute to the ongoing development of finance processes within a scaling business

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) - Desirable
• Proven experience in a genuine Finance Business Partner role
• Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to influence and challenge
• Experience analysing labour costs and operational performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a growing organisation
