Who is the Business

Zanda is partnering with a high-growth, Series B technology business based in who are going through a significant period of growth. With ambitious global expansion plans, the company is building out its finance function and is now hiring an FP&A Manager to support strategic decision-making as the business scales.

What You;ll Do

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a key role in owning core FP&A activities and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a hands-on, commercial role where you;ll work closely with senior leadership, providing insight through modelling, reporting, budgeting and analysis.

You;ll gain exposure to fundraising, investor reporting and strategic initiatives, while helping to build scalable FP&A processes in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning and long-term growth
• Produce monthly management reporting and deliver clear commercial insights to senior stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking performance against revenue and cost targets
• Assist with fundraising activity, including scenario modelling and analysis of valuation and capital structure
• Create high-quality investor and board materials, including presentations and financial packs
• Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Partner with teams across the UK and Spain to understand key business drivers

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in a high-growth technology scale-up, or a background in investment banking or corporate finance
• Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
