We are delighted to be appointed by a leading Large Cap Private Equity firm in the search for an FP&A Director to join a category defining, high growth SaaS business headquartered in London. The company has established a market leading product suite, is scaling rapidly across international markets, and has completed a number of strategic acquisitions as part of an ambitious buy and build strategy.
The business is now entering its next phase of accelerated global expansion.
As FP&A Director, you will partner closely with the Group CFO and senior leadership team, driving strategic, commercial and operational finance initiatives to support the company’s growth agenda. You will play a central role in shaping the financial narrative for investors, building scalable planning and reporting capabilities, and delivering high impact insight across revenue, product and customer performance. This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader with strong SaaS metrics knowledge and private equity exposure.
THE ROLE:- Build and scale a best in class Group FP&A function suitable for a global SaaS platform
- Lead financial data presentation and commercial insight for the board and private equity investors
- Shape the company’s equity story and support investor communications and value creation initiatives
- Drive financial analysis for international go to market expansion, pricing strategy and new product launches
- Develop and own an integrated financial planning model covering ARR, revenue, P&L, cash flow and key SaaS KPIs
- Oversee the monthly reforecasting process, identifying risks, opportunities and performance drivers
- Own the annual budgeting cycle and deliver high quality management reporting
- Partner closely with sales, marketing and product teams to support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis and budget execution
- Deliver real time commercial performance reporting versus budget, forecast and value creation plan
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional
- Strong experience within SaaS or technology enabled businesses, ideally in a high growth environment
- Private Equity experience preferred, with exposure to scaling, acquisition integration or value creation programmes
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, retention, LTV and CAC
- Prior involvement in exit planning and execution highly advantageous
